Here are the latest developer proposals for discussion at the monthly meetings.  For March, 2010 we discussed the Montano property at Rufina and Henry Lynch Road, and the Leeder property at South Meadows.  April, 2010 will be the Ernest Pacheco property at Rufina and Lopez Lane.  In June the Pacheco property was withdrawn from consideration.

For October, 2010 we discussed the Montano property now renamed Purple Horizon Mobile Home Park.
